Gillian Tierney of Hansel House Design will be launching the first in a series of workshops at The Paint Hub in Carlow. Gillian is a social media phenomenon growing from just a handful of followers to almost 7,000 followers in a short period of time. Gillian works as an artist and art teacher but many of her followers follow her to get a glimpse at the home improvements that she makes in her own home, most of them on a budget. Gillian's strategy is to upcycle and re-use items in her home that can add style and character without breaking the bank. Her mantra is to have a "Champagne lifestyle on a lemonade budge" by self-creating and upcycling bespoke items.

Gillian will be joined by paint experts from The Paint Hub who will go through the range of options that you have when you are looking to recreate the look that Gillian has gone from in her own home; paint for panelling, furniture, and walls.
